- Payment Information: While we do not directly store credit/debit card or financial details, transaction records related to in-app purchases (coins) are processed via secure third-party payment gateways, including Google Play Billing and PayPal. These providers handle payment information according to their own privacy policies and security standards. We only receive confirmation of completed transactions and the associated virtual currency balance.

- Device Information: IP address, device type, operating system, unique device identifiers, and mobile network information.
- Usage Data: Time and duration of calls, frequency of use, features accessed, chat activity, and in-app purchase history.

Zero-Tolerance Child Safety Policy:
Melt enforces a strict policy against Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE). Any activity involving Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM), grooming, solicitation of minors, or harm to children is prohibited. Violators will be permanently banned, and all illegal activity will be reported to law enforcement and relevant safety organizations in compliance with global child safety laws and Google Play policies.
9. International Data Transfers
By using Melt, you consent to the transfer and processing of your data in countries where we operate, which may have different data protection laws. We implement appropriate safeguards (e.g., Standard Contractual Clauses) to protect your data.
